This website is operated by Authentic Hauling & Services LLC ("Authentic Hauling", "we", "us"), an owner-operated equipment rental and hauling company based in Buckeye, Arizona, serving customers throughout the State of Arizona.

The site lets you browse our fleet, see estimated rates and delivery costs, check availability, and submit a reservation request with a payment card on file. Using this site means you accept these Terms.

Submitting a reservation online does not guarantee equipment. Every request is reviewed by the owner. A reservation becomes a confirmed rental only when we approve it and you receive a confirmation from us. Until then, the machine and the dates are not held for you, and competing requests for the same machine and dates may be approved first.

We may decline any request for any lawful reason, including availability, equipment condition, job-site access, distance, incomplete information, or an unverifiable identity or driver license.

Rates, multi-day pricing, half-day pricing, delivery and pickup fees, mileage calculations, damage waiver amounts and the availability calendar shown on this site are good-faith estimates. They are calculated from ZIP-to-ZIP distance, current fuel prices and settings that change over time.

Final pricing is the pricing stated on your approved reservation and rental agreement. Taxes, permits, additional hours, fuel, cleaning, repairs and late-return charges are additional where applicable.

These Terms cover your use of this website. The actual rental of equipment is governed by our Master Rental Agreement, which is signed separately — electronically, before delivery or pickup — by the person renting the equipment.

If anything in these Terms conflicts with the signed rental agreement, the signed rental agreement controls for that rental. Among other things, that agreement covers renter responsibility, hour-meter and fuel rules, transport, indemnity, age requirements (18+ to rent and operate, 21+ to tow or haul the equipment yourself), and the Damage Waiver election.

At checkout we charge a $50 deposit to hold your reservation, and your card is securely saved with our payment processor for the balance.

The remaining balance — rental, delivery, damage waiver and any applicable tax — is charged automatically to that same card at 6:00 AM Arizona time on the morning of your rental start date. Equipment is not released while a balance is unpaid. If the charge is declined we contact you and delivery is held until payment clears.

One rental day runs 6:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Equipment returned after 5:00 PM is charged $50 per hour. Fuel not replaced is charged at the machine's posted rate per quarter tank, and a machine returned dirty is charged a $75 cleaning fee. Damage is billed per the rental agreement.

Cancel free with a 100% refund of your $50 deposit any time before 6:00 PM Arizona time the day before your rental start date. You can do it yourself from the reservation page we link you to — that page shows your exact deadline.

After that cutoff the $50 deposit is non-refundable. You can still cancel from the same page, or call or text 623-703-9265. Refusal of delivery at the site or a no-show is treated as a late cancellation. If we cancel for any reason, you receive a full refund of everything paid.

Equipment is rented as-is and is inspected and accepted by the renter at delivery or pickup. We make no warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The renter is responsible for the equipment while it is in the renter's possession or control, as detailed in the rental agreement, including damage, theft, misuse, transportation damage, fuel, and missing attachments.

The Damage Waiver offered at checkout is not insurance. It is a contractual waiver by Authentic Hauling & Services LLC of its right to charge you for covered accidental damage, subject to a deductible and the exclusions listed at checkout and in the rental agreement.

This website is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not warrant that pricing estimates, availability calendars, mileage calculations or content are error-free, uninterrupted or current. To the fullest extent permitted by Arizona law, Authentic Hauling & Services LLCis not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, lost profits or project delays arising from your use of this website or from any error or interruption in it. Our total liability arising out of your use of the website is limited to the amount you have paid us for the related reservation.

You agree not to misuse the site — no scraping, no attempts to access other customers' reservations, no submitting false identity, license or payment information.

Program. By checking the text-message consent box at checkout, you agree to receive text messages from Authentic Hauling & Services LLC about your rental — booking confirmations, approval notices, delivery and pickup updates, balance-due notices, and the link to sign your rental agreement. These are transactional messages about a reservation you requested. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

Consent is not a condition of rental. You can decline texts and we will reach you by phone call or email instead.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies by rental. Expect roughly 2 to 10 messages per reservation.

STOP. Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time. You will receive one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and no further texts. Opting out may mean we can only reach you by phone call about your rental.

Carrier disclaimer. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages is subject to transmission by your carrier and is not guaranteed.

How we handle the phone number you give us is described in our Privacy Policy. We never sell or share your phone number with third parties for their marketing.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of this site is brought in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you consent to that venue and jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms as our business changes. The "last updated" date above always reflects the current version, and the version in effect when you submitted a reservation applies to that reservation.
